Ponca City Plans New 71-Lot Residential Development on North Pecan

Ponca City has announced plans for Fox Hollow Addition, a proposed 71-lot residential development on 25 acres along North Pecan. The development is expected to proceed in three phases, beginning with townhomes or patio homes on smaller lots.

The preliminary plat is expected to go before the Ponca City Planning Commission in August, with the first residential lots potentially becoming available in spring 2027.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING INTO

  • What did the 25-acre property cost the city?
  • Who previously owned the property?
  • What will streets, utilities and other public infrastructure cost?
  • How will builders or developers be selected?
  • What price range will the completed homes occupy?
  • How could the development affect traffic, drainage and nearby properties?

Drake House Local has not reached conclusions on these questions. This section identifies matters we intend to examine through public records and interviews.
